Trap-Neuter-Return, or “TNR,” is the most proven humane and effective method known for managing feral and stray cats. Through TNR, community cats are humanely trapped and brought to a veterinary clinic. Once at the clinic, they are spayed or neutered, given the proper vaccinations (rabies, FVRCP), and given a mandatory ear-tip universally.
